Because my lower jaw is short, I have symptoms of a double chin. I even had double-jaw surgery, but the double chin didn’t go away.
And I’m a man.
First, 6 years ago at a clinic in Apgujeong, I had what was either AccuSculpt or liposuction. The effect was about a 30% improvement, then yo-yo effect 2 years later. Later, I tried to get an additional procedure at a liposuction-specialized hospital, but they said the previous hospital had poked around too much and caused fibrosis, so I was judged unable to have a repeat procedure. I learned this later, but the first procedure is important, and more importantly, lasers are good these days, so there’s no need to go out of your way to get liposuction. (The effect isn’t overwhelmingly better than lasers either.)
2 years ago, I got Ultherapy. First of all, it was extremely expensive, but I don’t know why they do it under sedation anesthesia. After doing it, the effect was about a 20% improvement. Ultherapy has a yo-yo effect.
Shurink: Since I got decent results from Ultherapy, I wanted to do it again, but it was too expensive. I got information about Shurink, a copycat device, and went ahead with it. Since it was already after Ultherapy, the effect was about 10%? This also has a yo-yo effect.
Belkyra 2 vials + Zeltiq CoolMini 2 pads = I heard a clinic near Samseong-dong was having an event, so I went straight there to try both new technologies at the same time. Since I did both, the effect was killer. I recommend this the most!! The downside is that I’m not sure whether it was because CoolMini was good or because Belkyra was good.
Anyway, since I did both, the effect was better than Ultherapy and Shurink. In case it sounds like an advertising review, I won’t post the hospital name. This also has a yo-yo effect. In any case, ongoing retouching is essential. Take care.
