I had it done at ㅂ Hospital in Sinsa, which is famous for jaw V-line surgery. My facial bone structure itself was originally on the small side, but my jaw protruded slightly forward, so they pushed it back and reduced it slightly. I thought safety was the most important, and decided on the hospital because I thought I should pay more and get it done by a famous doctor. The result is not a dramatic V-line, but rather it settled well without looking obvious that I had surgery.
The problem is my cheekbones. I unnecessarily touched cheekbones that were not originally large, so there is no effect of them being smaller than before at all, and instead, diagonal hollowing appeared on both sides of my cheeks. The hospital said it would improve once the swelling went down if I waited, but it has stayed the same for a year now..
Honestly, even now people see me as having a pretty face, so I just endure it and live with it... But when close people or family members I have not seen in a long time say negatively, why have you lost so much weight.. and that my face looks sunken, it upsets me so much ㅜ At first I was only going to do my jaw, but I hate myself so much for being persuaded by the doctor’s recommendation to do the cheekbones too, and I dislike that doctor too..
The conclusion is, do not be greedy. For areas that are truly a serious complex, do think about them, but you must at least visit several hospitals, and every doctor has different opinions.
Do not be easily swayed and get things done here and there for no reason.. I went ahead with surgery without fear, so I have this kind of regret. It is not completely ruined, but doing a part that did not need to be done is a waste of money and a waste of time. Plastic surgery is a surgery where your life is at stake, so be careful.
