Nose Surgery Reviews

This is my consultation list for my first nose surgery. Please check if any are blacklisted

It’s my first surgery, and I have a low nose + short nose, but I wanted to improve my protruding mouth and side profile, so I decided to have surgery. I was scared of silicone side effects, so I wanted surgery without an implant, but directors who are board-certified plastic surgeons with over 10 years of experience all said it can’t be done without silicone. So now I’m thinking of adding an implant: Nasal bridge: silicone Nasal tip support: septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage Something like that.. I thought about giving up on surgery altogether, but when I see my flat side profile, I can’t give up on the design I don’t want a flashy nose, I want a natural-looking nose My consultations are 1. ㅎㅌ-ㅎㅅㅊ (chief director, board-certified plastic surgeon, 10 years of experience) :Pros) good at producing the same shape consistently Cons) flashy 2. ㅁㅌ-ㅇㅎㅅ (chief director, solo practice, board-certified plastic surgeon, 14 years of experience) :Impossible without silicone.. I couldn’t even get a consultation and was sent away 3. ㅈㅅㅌ-ㄱㄱㅂ (board-certified plastic surgeon, 3 years of experience) :Surgery without an implant is possible. They gave me an estimate for ear cartilage + artificial dermis + cartilage binding + lowering the columella, but I don’t trust it.. 4. ㅇㅂㅈ-ㅅㅊㅎ (board-certified plastic surgeon, 4 years of experience) :Surgery without an implant is possible. But the consultation was careless and they didn’t explain the materials well. So I don’t trust it 5. ㅇㅂㅅ-ㅅㅅㅈ (chief director, board-certified plastic surgeon, 12 years of experience) :No implant-free surgery. They said autologous cartilage is also a foreign material, so the risk of side effects is the same. If I’m anxious, they told me to only do nostril reduction. =>Nasal bridge (silicone) + nasal tip (septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage) + bulbous nose + nasolabial angle + saddle nose + nostril reduction Using donated costal cartilage bothers me a bit... First of all, surgery on the date I want is difficult, so I’m thinking about it (+ I have a deviated nose issue, so I’m hesitant) 6. ㅂㄴㄴ-ㅊㅇㅊ (chief director, board-certified plastic surgeon, 8 years of experience) :No implant-free surgery. They gave me an estimate similar to ㅇㅂㅅ. But here, the consultant recommended a chin or forehead implant, so I cut them in the first round, but the design wasn’t bad, so I’m thinking about it =>Nasal bridge (silicone) + nasal tip (septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage) + bulbous nose + nasolabial angle + columella + hump Here too, donated costal cartilage Please check if any of these are blacklisted!! And using donated costal cartilage too
