At first, I heard that posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty have a lot of side effects and that you can lose eye function.. and even if you do it, the effect is not that great.. so I really agonized a lot over whether to do it or not
But once I actually had it done and came out, the change was so dramatic that I was shocked I'm male.. and during the consultation, they said I had a lot of space at the back of my eyes, so they could open it quite a bit So I told them to open it as they saw fit, and the outer corners of my eyes went down just the right amount, and a lot more of the whites show too..
The buried double eyelid surgery I had 6 years ago has all come undone, and the medial epicanthoplasty looks like I barely had it done, but honestly the posterior + lower canthoplasty is amazing .... If you have a lot of space at the back of your eyes, definitely do it I'm so satisfied For reference, I had it done by incision
