Revision surgery with incision.

I had surgery with the buried-suture method about fifteen or sixteen years ago. It’s been 4 years since my revision surgery. The reason for the revision was that after the first surgery, the line didn’t come undone, but every now and then I would hear people ask if I had just recently gotten double-eyelid surgery;; Even though it had been that long, I guess it means it didn’t look natural.. I had a bit of fat in my eyes, and when I consulted for sleepy-looking eyes, I was told that I was opening my eyes wide using my forehead muscles, so they recommended revision surgery with incision. I also wanted posterior canthoplasty for a clearer-looking eye shape, but they said my eyes wouldn’t get much effect even if I did it and that I didn’t need it During the surgery, they had said they would remove eye fat, and somehow I mentioned that my mom’s eye hollows were too sunken, so she had fat grafting. The doctor then said if that’s the case, they shouldn’t remove fat, that this is maternally inherited and that in a few years I would have the same concern, so they stopped me from removing it. It was the first I’d ever heard of it, but I trusted the doctor and just accepted it. Since last year, I’ve been deeply feeling what that doctor said was true lol When I was younger, I wanted those hollow eye sockets so badly, but now if I’m even a bit tired, my double-eyelid lines overlap into three lines each.... I had revision surgery with incision, so what method am I supposed to do next time sigh
