Eye Re-Surgery

Revision double-eyelid surgery, bumpy inner corner line

It was revision surgery, and I paid quite a lot to have it done at a famous place. In the photo, the inner corner on the right side looked too swallowed up, so I had one more aftercare revision. But the inner corner on the right is still quite swallowed up, and the inner corner line itself looks a bit bumpy Last time, I developed a milium on the right line, so I went in once and also mentioned the line, and they said this much couldn’t be helped. But they were so busy and only looked briefly before leaving, so I couldn’t even talk properly. Rather than the difference between the left and right sides, I think the right line itself is very different from the in-out line I originally went in to consult about. And they treated the milium with laser too, but I don’t think it has all been removed Am I paying too much attention to tiny details?? If this is something I should just let go, I’d appreciate it if you could tell me
