After the CSAT, I followed my friend and had eye surgery. Thanks to my friend’s connections, I had a consultation with Director ㅇㅁㅈ and paid cash, somewhere between 800,000 and 900,000 won, for non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. I remember getting a huge discount too. My friend, I love you. I really did it about 2 weeks?.. before entering college, so I thought, wow... it’s going to be super obvious. Maybe because it was non-incisional, it didn’t show that much. It turned out very natural, and until about 1 year after surgery it did look somewhat obvious, but from the second year after surgery, even when friends saw my bare face, they didn’t know Now it’s really thin, like the line people with natural double eyelids have, and when I touch it with my hand there is a sliiight foreign-body sensation, but it doesn’t show at all. I had wanted medial epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty too, but the director said no to medial epicanthoplasty, and also didn’t recommend posterior canthoplasty, saying it could adhere back after doing it and that if I really, absolutely wanted to do it, then I could, so I remember not doing it. I’m very satisfied with my eyes now, and since I originally had severe ptosis, the ptosis correction seems to have come undone for a while now, so I’m considering revision surgery.
