My friend is going to have her third revision rhinoplasty this time and they said they’ll definitely use rib cartilage, whether donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. She asked me to ask about hospitals, saying she wants to check out Vibe, The Door, Mijak, and Between. She says the price range doesn’t matter. She has a lot of money..
