Double-eyelid revision??? Additional touch-up??? Anyway I'm planning to go get about one stitch of correction?? on the front part of my eye with the buried method They said it could be done with the buried method, and then I wouldn't have to come back to have the stitches removed, you know? But when I had double-eyelid surgery, I've never had it done with the buried method So I don't really know, so I'm posting here Oh, I'm going to ask about this at the clinic too, but I'm curious before that, you know When they say I don't have to come back to have the stitches removed, does that mean the same thing as using dissolvable sutures?? But something suddenly made me curious Well, not having to come back to remove stitches would be convenient and nice, but~ When I asked, "Is it okay not to do an incision?" they said the buried method would be enough, something like that? Here are my questions! (In a situation where I don't know whether it's dissolvable or non-dissolvable sutures) 1. If double-eyelid surgery is done with dissolvable sutures, could the buried fixation come undone?? It's the front part of the eye, so it bothers me 2. I heard some clinics use dissolvable sutures for double-eyelid surgery and some don't use dissolvable sutures. Is that true??? 3. Are dissolvable sutures safe for double-eyelid surgery? 4. Since I won't be getting stitches removed separately, I'm worried what if the dissolvable sutures don't dissolve well? Could they protrude outward or inward?? That probably won't happen, right? If anyone has had the buried method or can reply about this, thank you
오사쯔 I heard there aren't that many places using dissolvable sutures these days
언제나고고 [@오사쯔] Oh really?? Have you had the buried method before?? If you have, did you have any foreign-body sensation or anything unusual??
lalala123 1 I had buried double-eyelid surgery with dissolvable sutures. It came undone. But I think it depends on the person 2 It depends on the clinic 3 They say there's no problem! 4 That doesn't happen, but either way there was a slight mark or something. I haven't had an incision method, so I can't compare, but that was my case!
언제나고고 [@lalala123] Thank you! Ugh! I don't really care about marks and stuff, but foreign-body sensation in the eye, or if they use non-dissolvable sutures, I feel like I'd live occasionally getting bothered by it Either way, what's important is how the place I'm going to does it
lalala123 [@언제나고고] Sorry, I'm level 2 so I can't read it..

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoFeb 5 If you were choosing revision double eyelid surgery?
One day, suddenly only one side came undone. I just opened my eyes and it disappeared; It was non-incisional buried-suture surgery, so there was no scar, and even now if I touch it with my hand, I can slightly feel just the area where that
