I had revision rhinoplasty without an implant, and I’m completely satisfied I debated a lot over whether to go without an implant or not It’s much more natural, and since there’s no silicone, it feels comfortable I had revision surgery at ㅇㅊㅂ, and they did it naturally and well I worried that the nasal bridge might not look pretty without an implant but I think it’s much better than when I had silicone They lifted the nasal tip well too, and the depression improved Since there’s no implant, I think I worry less too I think it’ll look natural even as time passes and I get older It’s weird if your nose looks too flashy even when you’re older;;;
