For consultations, I looked into about ten places online, and went to two places offline, and in the end I decided to trust a place that specializes in facial contouring.
I was debating between cheekbones/square jaw, but they bothered me so much that I just did both..^^; And because I had no cheek fat under my cheekbones (it doesn't gain even when I gain weight), I also had fat grafting..
Well, now that I'm a bit back to my senses, I'm writing this, but I still have to keep wearing the compression band.ㅠㅠㅠ
My surgery date was 5/30! I'm very satisfied!!

The first two photos are one I took in the taxi on the way to surgery, and one I took at the hospital after they finished the design (fat + contouring)!
From the 3rd photo onward is after surgery. These are photos taken around day 2 or 3 after surgery. The swelling then was no joke. It reaches the final-boss level until days 4-5.
In the middle, I went through something bad, and because I cried so much from that, the stitches inside my mouth burst (dissolvable sutures), but they stitched it back up carefully. They prescribed antibiotics again too, which was good. I liked that they took such good care of me...ㅠㅠ And because I couldn't eat, I basically went to the hospital about once a day after surgery, and they gave me IV fluids and painkillers every day....ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
The next photo is from about a week later. I wore the compression band on my chin for too long... so discharge started forming, and I put gauze on my chin.ㅠㅠ I'm worried it might scar, but the hospital is so good with aftercare that I'm trusting them. I'm using Duoderm now!
If you look at the third photo from the end, it's a hospital photo from the day before yesterday, and even while lying down, the jawline is defined like that but not square-looking, and the cheekbones don't show, so I really like it.
The second photo from the end is one I took at home after slightly taking off the compression band. (yesterday evening)
And the last photo is the spot where a bit of a chin scar formed from the discharge. It's not deeply sunken; because I had fat grafting, a blister came up like that, and now it's healing well with Duoderm! It's now a slightly pinkish color.
I'm currently working as a graduate school teaching assistant, and I'm just living shamelessly with the compression band on. If I say I fell and got hurt, or that I fractured my jaw, everyone understands.^^; It is a jaw fracture, after all.ㅋㅋ;;;
Now I can go around without a mask. I only wear a mask because of the chin scar.ㅠㅠ; My friends said it turned out really well~ (I told them ㅋㅋ) Even people I didn't tell say my impression looks really gentle and different, and ask if I lost weight because I was having a hard time... I hope the scar on my chin disappears soon.ㅠㅠ Since it's a wound that peeled from discharge after fat grafting, it might last a bit long... (It has come up red.)
And there's no sagging skin or anything...ㅎㅎ even though I had fat grafting too... If you're originally someone whose skin type doesn't sag, I think it's okay, for now..

For now, you should just know that you'll experience hell upon hell for the first 5 days before doing it!
p.s One younger acquaintance who doesn't know I had surgery saw me walking around with the compression band and said they didn't recognize me^^^;;;;;; The effect is really good. But I don't want to go through those 5 days of hell again, so if I were told to do it again, I don't think I could.. Facial contouring is already this much.. How painful must two-jaw surgery be..ㅠㅠ.....
As for my nose, I'm not dissatisfied with it being low, and I think I look young because my nose is somewhat low, so I won't touch it and don't plan to! (I've tried filler before. It made me look too old or mature.) The director specializes in nose + contouring, but said I didn't really need to do my nose. I trusted them with it. It turned out well~~
When it settles a bit more and the scar improves too, I'll post how the scar improves as well ^^
