Eye Re-Surgery

Considering Revision Eye Surgery and Upper Epicanthoplasty

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery, but it came undone, so I’m considering revision surgery with an incisional method. When I went for a consultation, they said the inner corners of my eyes are covered because of epicanthal folds and recommended upper epicanthoplasty? But they also said the line could be cleaned up with just the incisional method, so it’s optional. They said if I get the canthoplasty, my eye line would look a bit smoother and my impression would become softer.. But I hear canthoplasty has a lot of side effects too, and they said my eyes don’t absolutely need it, so I’m torn. What do you think??
