When I compare the circled area, it looks thicker after surgery. If that area goes down, I feel like the nostril asymmetry might improve a bit... I hope that area becomes similar to how it was before surgery. What should I do about my nostril asymmetry? I’m so stressed because my left nostril has become excessively small.

ilil The asymmetry looks really severe Usually asymmetry gets worse as time passes because the center of gravity shifts.. Is your breathing okay? I don’t know if it’s because the columella got thicker, but from the bottom view, it doesn’t really look like the nose got higher.
