Autologous Fat Grafting for the Face

While having liposuction on my thighs and lower body, I also wanted to make use of the harvested fat, and I had already lost weight before surgery, so my cheeks had gotten thinner and my cheekbones looked more prominent, so I had autologous fat grafting. At first I was satisfied with a more three-dimensional face with fuller cheeks, forehead, and chin, but I even had a second and third procedure, and maybe because I naturally lose facial fat easily, the fat kept getting absorbed and disappearing, so before even a year had passed since the surgery, all of the grafted fat was gone.
