My under-eyes are stressing me out. When I wear makeup, other people don’t really notice, but they do look like they’re sagging under the eyes, right? Would fat repositioning alone not be enough, and would I need lower blepharoplasty? There isn’t that much fat, but the tear troughs under my eyes stand out a lot. But when I look at reviews, it doesn’t seem like an easy surgery, so I’m torn.

roze01 They say you have to do an under-eye elasticity test to see whether lower blepharoplasty is needed. They say that if it returns slowly after you pull and release it, and fine wrinkles bother you, then you need lower blepharoplasty.
