I had 3 types of facial contouring surgery last December, and somehow it has already been over 6 months. I remembered saying when I left my 10-day review last time that I would write another review after some time had passed, so I’m writing this.
My current condition is good enough that I live forgetting I even had surgery. I can open my mouth wide, eat wraps, and gnaw on galbi. At first I tried to sleep lying straight on my back, but now I sleep well on my side and even on my stomach lol And I still don’t have any cheek sagging. After surgery, people around me have told me a lot that I lost weight and got prettier, so I feel good. Also, there are no humiliating-looking photos taken by others. I live thinking I should have done facial contouring sooner.
However, when I touch the right cheekbone area, I still have a numb? electric tingling sensation. I think this is the nerve coming back, but it doesn’t really interfere with daily life, so I live without paying attention to it.
As written in my previous post, I had it done at ㄱㄹㅎ, and Dr. ㅂㄴㅎ performed it. When I reached 6 months, the left jawline had an area that was not a completely smooth curve but slightly uneven, so I made an appointment and went to the hospital to ask about this. Dr. ㅂ noticed it right away and said he would give me an injection, so he gave me a facial-contouring injection at no additional cost and told me to come get it every 2-3 weeks. I think they really handle follow-up care well.
Now that my face shape has improved, I notice other areas. When I had my facial contouring consultation, they said my impression looked gloomy and that a forehead lift might also be good, so when I visited the hospital at 6 months, I had a forehead lift consultation with Dr. ㅇㅌㅈ. I was satisfied with the consultation and am hesitating about whether to do it, so if anyone here has had a forehead lift there, please share some information!
Lastly, what I want to say is that in my case, I don’t regret facial contouring surgery, but since it is still a major surgery, I hope you choose very carefully. For several days after surgery, I really went through a lot. If someone told me to go back to that moment, I would not want to ㅠ
And your face does not change dramatically. Maybe because the hospital I went to pursues natural results, the facial line improved softly, but it did not reach the level of changing so much that people would not recognize me as the same person.
