Unless your own nose is an extremely upturned, pig-like nose to the point that it is hard to look at, please don’t get nose surgery. Everyone around me, after about 10 years, had their nose shape change a lot. Silicone keeps bending and descending over time, and cartilage protrudes too. Right after my surgery, I was also very happy because it looked so pretty. But that shape doesn’t last long. And nasal tip side effects. They will happen someday
