I trusted this director highly because he was the first doctor I encountered when I began looking into under-eye fat repositioning. True to that trust, during the consultation he accurately pointed out things other clinics had glossed over, which was refreshing. For example, he said that my eyes were not the type that would develop a foxy-eye look, that it would be better to have surgery now, and that there was definitely room for improvement with surgery. I gave the staff-friendliness rating low because they were fine in person, but strangely, every time I spoke on the phone, the tone was sharp and curt—whether it was the same person all three times or not.
