Hollow eyelids + epicanthal fold concerns resolved! Three-month revision review

Several years after my first double-eyelid surgery, the crease gradually loosened and my eyelids became hollow, making the area above my pupils look sunken and tired. The epicanthal folds at the inner corners also made my eyes look very closed off. Since this was a revision case and fat grafting was also necessary, I spent a long time looking for reviews. I liked the reviews of Director Choi Seung-ho, so I consulted with him. He explained that the hollow eyelids could first be filled with fat grafting, then the crease could be re-created with ptosis correction, and that the inner corners could be treated with an upper medial canthoplasty using an incision method to adjust the angle of the epicanthal folds. The calm but clear plan he laid out made me feel reassured. Now the swelling has completely gone down, and the volume in my upper eyelids has returned, making my eyes look much clearer, so I am satisfied. My inner corners are more open and my eyes open more easily, which has also greatly reduced the dryness I used to feel in the afternoon. People around me say I look brighter. If you are concerned about epicanthal folds like I was, I recommend Director Choi Seung-ho~!
