I had my first surgery about 15 years ago, and then after 2-3 years??? I had a revision, and at that time autologous dermis was used. Now my nasal bridge is actually less pretty than before surgery and has become blunt, so I'm looking into it... Honestly, before I knew about this community, I had the mindset of, I'm definitely going to do my nose! I'll put in silicone too and use autologous costal cartilage to make it dramatic! But after seeing all kinds of posts about side effects, I suddenly got so scared It's not that I have no nasal bridge at all, but the nasal tip feels like it drops off too abruptly from the bridge, so I really don't like my nasal tip So what I'm asking is, is it possible to operate using only something like autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage just for the nasal tip, without touching the bridge..? Somehow, an implant like silicone feels like something I'd worry about even far in the future,, Right now, I feel like I'd be satisfied if just the nasal tip were raised a little Ah, what do I doㅠㅡㅠ
