Worried about what would be right for revision rhinoplasty..

I’m from outside Seoul, but I came all the way up to Seoul and visited three clinics today. But what’s driving me crazy is that all three places had different ideas about the surgical method, so I’m worried about what would suit me better and what would be better long-term First of all, my nose was operated on 10 years ago with silicone + donated rib cartilage. My current appearance is that the area between my eyes is extremely high, my nasal tip has a step-off, and it’s very droopy. So my side profile looks like a fish-faced person lol But after going around to consultations today, they all agreed that the bridge between my eyes is too high and should be lowered, and that the columella needs to be lowered a bit. 1. Clinic A: They didn’t really explain the surgical method in detail. They said the silicone originally used looks only about 2-point-something mm, so it might be okay to remove it entirely, and for the nasal tip, I should choose between donated rib cartilage or my own rib cartilage. - I said my bridge was really low before surgery, so if they remove the silicone I’d have no bridge at all, and they said then they would put some in, but it should be even thinner than before so the line from the forehead down to the bridge looks right. - Reasonable price 2. Clinic B: They said the silicone on the bridge isn’t very thick, but it’s too much for the area between my eyes, so it would be better to remove it completely and firmly fix the nasal tip with my own rib cartilage. Looking at my CT scan, they said my original bridge doesn’t seem that low, but my nasal bones are wide, so they recommended osteotomy, and said if they also slim down the bulbous feeling at the end of the bridge, the proportions would be just right. So they confidently recommended implant-free rhinoplasty using my own rib cartilage. - Price is mid-range / The side profile they showed me with Photoshop did look much better, but I clearly remember my nose being very low when I was younger, so I wasn’t sure if this was right. / They told me not to worry because they would definitely guarantee aftercare/revision service. 3. Clinic C: They said supporting the bridge with my own rib cartilage, lowering the columella, and correcting the nostril position would be necessary to make a pretty nose. - I strongly agreed with this too (though in some ways it seems similar to the opinions of the first two clinics). They said they would lower the area between my eyes much more and place silicone on top of my own rib cartilage, shaping it so it gets higher toward the back. When I honestly told them that other clinics said it might be better not to use silicone at all, they said that would be right for my current nasal tip height, but the celebrity nose I showed them has a more defined/lifted nasal tip, whereas my nose, except for the area between my eyes, is quite low. - I showed them Apink Bomi. - The first two directors said the silicone seemed only about 2-point-something mm, but this clinic told me no, it looks like at least 3 mm was inserted.. It’s been over 10 years since the surgery so my memory is hazy now, but actually before going to consultations, I also vaguely remembered being told back then that they would put in 3 mm.. - The price is very, very expensive.. - And to get a review discount, I think I have to write reviews 4 times and send 20 photos each time../ AS is not completely free; they said they would do it if a truly serious problem occurs, but if it’s usually just that I don’t like the shape, there would be an additional cost. Somehow I feel like the nose shape recommended by the last clinic might fit my needs, but they said it would be carved so that it’s 1 mm higher than my current silicone height toward the nasal tip, so I wonder if it would look pretty, but I’m also worried it might end up too high.. I’m getting decision paralysis..
