Originally, I had absolutely no fat on my upper body, like a UNICEF upper body, so when I went around to several clinics, the doctors said I was a difficult case for surgery because my chest circumference was small and my tissue was so thin that the implants could potentially show through..... When I was young, I chose a place that said they would put in implants even 1 cc bigger if possible, but I regret it now. You need to insert a silicone implant volume that matches your own chest frame so it doesn’t look unnatural. Mine is somewhat obvious. Please decide carefully.
