For my long nose and droopy nose, today I went around to JS Jeongseok and MG Migo, and the problem is that I like both of them so much 1. JS They said it’s totally possible with only cartilage repositioning. They’ll fill the area with the step-off using Megaderm dermis 2. MG They said my septal cartilage is a good size, so they’ll use septal cartilage, and fill the step-off with the ear cartilage used in my first surgery. <My questions> 1. If I want the nasal tip to last a long time, which of the two surgical methods would be better? 2. Both doctors prefer a short nose with the nostrils showing a bit, and that also fits my aesthetic preference, but I can’t really tell the difference between their aesthetics Please, I’d really appreciate opinions from people here who had surgery at these places!!
