Where did everyone gather information?? For me, when my face is expressionless, fat shows slightly on only one side and not on the other. I don’t have a tear trough yet, but it tends to stand out when I smile. On YouTube, they talk as if in cases like this, removal alone may be enough, so I’m looking into removal first. But because of the drawbacks and side effects of fat repositioning and fat removal, I’m confused about which one I should get.. Is there anyone like me? If you had surgery, could you let me know?

베르베엥 For any cosmetic surgery, once you think about complications you feel you can’t do anything. The surgeon’s ability matters a lot too. I don’t know if my case is similar to yours, but I was also unsure, so I just went to the hospital and consulted the director, and since they said under-eye surgery would improve it, I did lower-eyelid surgery plus fat grafting. I didn’t think about side effects and went into it with a positive mindset, and now I live quite satisfied.

Eink Mine is similar. But I was just advised lower-eyelid fat repositioning when I consulted.
진도바기 There’s a difference between lower-eyelid fat repositioning and removal, so it’s better to have surgery with what suits you. I had under-eye surgery at a clinic and they gave good customized counseling, so at least have at least one consultation!

겨울털군 Honestly, same question as mine. But I haven’t seen a case that recurred after removal. One acquaintance had it removed at ㄷㅌ본; it wasn’t that severe a fold, but after surgery it looked quite natural and okay, didn’t it..?
