Review of Bulbous Nose Surgery

After leaving my job last year, I immediately became interested in plastic surgery, and while I was worrying about my bulbous nose, I heard Zestar was good at bulbous nose surgery, so I booked right away and had the surgery soon after. I didn’t want any external foreign material inserted, and I wanted it to look natural, so I had nasal tip surgery (ear cartilage) + nasal bone osteotomy + columella work. During the consultation with the doctor, he told me it would be better not to do parts that didn’t seem really necessary, so I felt less pressured. It was my first surgery under sedation, so maybe because of that, I lay in the recovery room for about an hour, but since I had someone with me, I came out quickly even though I was dizzy. Even when they told me I had to wake up, I couldn’t wake up, so I just took a taxi while dizzy and sleepy, went home, and immediately kept sleeping. The swelling was at its worst the day after surgery, and around one week after surgery, once the splint was removed, the swelling went down very quickly. At first, the nasal tip was hard too, but over the course of a year, I gradually became able to move the nasal tip from side to side (not up and down). It looks natural and I like it so much. I liked the result so much that I even remember the staff as seeming kind..
