I’m going to write a surgery review. For reference, I had surgery in 2021 with mesh + silicone + septal cartilage. I chose the surgery based on experience, but the nasal tip dropped quickly and became crooked. Experience isn’t everything, everyone, keep that in mind And I wanted a glamorous result, but they made it somehow natural. If that was the case, why didn’t you just say from the beginning that you would make it natural.... I don’t know why they ask what nose shape I want if they’re going to do that. Does it even have meaning? They said they would redo the surgery, but I didn’t go and just had revision surgery somewhere else.. This time, I definitely looked for a director whose aesthetic sense matched mine. I had surgery at Finish in Sinnonhyeon. Before, the nasal tip dropping was one thing, but it was also very blunt and crooked. Honestly, no matter how well it turned out, I couldn’t become Shin Se-kyung or Go Youn-jung. Realistically, I thought the best I could expect was correcting the crookedness and raising the nose a bit, but it turned out much better than I thought, so I was surprised. Huh.. so this is possible..? Since I had talked so much about my nose being blunt, I was worried it might become a pinched nose, but fortunately that didn’t happen. Maybe because our aesthetic sense was the same I think my rhinoplasty revision turned out well. I used autologous costal cartilage, and the place where I had surgery gave me an abdominal binder if using autologous costal cartilage, you know? It feels much less painful. Everyone getting autologous costal cartilage, look into an abdominal binder before surgery. Keep this in mind too..
