Review of facial contouring surgery + revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage

I’m living diligently with the thought, “So this is how much you can change after getting my nose and facial contouring done!!!” My nose was a revision surgery. In my first surgery, they only lifted the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but as time passed, it really started to droop.. At first it was okay, but I really hated how it gradually drooped in a way I didn’t like The nasal tip also became blunt.. As for the facial contouring.. You can tell just from the photos, but my face was really long^^.. uneven and bumpy.. I did it because I desperately wanted to graduate from nicknames like “you look like a horse.” I had my nose and facial contouring done at the same hospital, and because they could collaborate, it felt even more convenient than I expected.. They also provided the necessary care right on point, and as each month passed, the swelling went down. I’ve been living happily, and around 4 months, it feels like everything has completely settled, so I’m happy. My nose, seriously, they brought out the exact line and feel I described and made me a refined-yet-glamorous~~~ nose. I’m honestly just amazed that it could turn out like this.. I thought there would definitely be some limit, right? But they made the exact nose I had imagined.. Facial contouring is also such a major surgery, so choosing the right hospital must be important… I really think I chose well They did the surgery so well that I had little swelling, and it settled so cleanly that I can barely remember my old face, which is fascinating^^

This is a surgery review pursuing a refined-yet-glamorous look.
