6 years ago, I had my primary surgery in Daejeon with Director Jeong at ㅍㄹ*, using silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I think the director has moved to Seoul now. My nose turned out fairly well, but since my nose was very small to begin with, it still looks small compared to my face, and my nostrils show a little, so I'm planning to have revision surgery this time. I can still make a pig nose and it looks very natural, but since I'm doing it anyway, I prefer it to look more noticeable, so I'm planning to extend the nasal tip a bit with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, raise the bridge slightly, and change the silicone to something a little thicker. I should have done it in Seoul from the beginning. I was too lazy and just went somewhere roughly, so I'm not 100% satisfied
