Breast Re-Surgery

Breast revision surgery review (capsule removal, pocket expansion.. TMI...

I’m someone who would desperately try to stop even my worst enemy if they said they were getting breast surgery at the hospital where I had my first surgery.. Looking back now, I think all those bad conditions were what made my first surgery fail: getting fooled by a promotion, being obsessed only with making my breasts bigger, not taking responsibility for choosing the implants.. I just did whatever the hospital told me to do. I got Mentor Xtra implants, 325 cc on both sides, but I had no idea why my breasts ended up uneven.. At first, I thought it must be because of swelling, and since I couldn’t complain to the hospital and send inquiries every single day, I just prayed by myself, please recover, please settle into place. But as you can see in the first photo, they settled exactly like that. I paid for the surgery myself, but I didn’t even know why people say breast surgery ranks No. 1 in satisfaction.. lol All I got were bigger uneven breasts + breasts that obviously looked augmented. That’s why I ended up getting revision surgery. It’s not like I could live forever carrying these breasts around.. Anyway, since my body had already gone under the knife once, I wanted to live with the size and breasts I wanted. I can’t recommend the place where I had my first surgery to anyone, but I can confidently recommend the place where I had my revision. I had it done by Director Seo Il-beom at Marble, and in terms of experience, reviews, aftercare, everything was better than my first surgery. But since it’s in Gangnam, Seoul, I wrote this so that anyone who can’t make it all the way to Seoul, or anyone who has already gone around consulting at other places and doesn’t know how to compare them, can use it as a reference. Experience (= over 20 years), and I didn’t just look at experience, I also checked what school he graduated from lol I checked whether it was a hospital people go to a lot not only for primary surgery but also for revision surgery. I felt like that was the only way I wouldn’t repeat the mistakes I experienced with my first surgery.. Anyway, since my breasts had obviously become uneven, I naturally thought I had no choice but to replace the implants and put in different sizes on each side. But here, the director said no, that’s not it. He said to keep the size the same, and that because there wasn’t enough space for the current implants to settle and the capsule had formed thickly, removing that was more important. The more I listened to the explanation, the more amazed I was because there were so many things I had just overlooked without knowing during my first surgery; Is it bad if the capsule is thick? Why does the pocket need to be widened? When I asked, the director explained everything. I think answers like that come from real experience.. After having the revision, what I realized is that the size I chose itself wasn’t completely wrong? Since this time the director performed the revision while expanding the implant pocket, it looks much more natural than after my first surgery and doesn’t look obviously operated on.. Even recovery was faster than the first surgery, and the feel is better too. I do think it would’ve been nice if I had done it here from the beginning, but I’m going to focus on the fact that it succeeded even now.. Everyone, even if it’s not a major procedure like breast surgery, even for a small cosmetic procedure, I really hope you check the doctor’s experience and hospital reviews before going Don’t waste your energy on revision surgery for no reason like I did..
