<Before><Before><After><After>Personally, a lot of people recommended Hiko or Venusko!! Nose surgery felt too serious, and they said that with my nose, I wouldn’t need separate surgery and that just a procedure would fix it quickly haha... I guess I took that too seriously… But when I actually got Hiko, I didn’t see any effect, and my nose was still severely bulbous, so I realized surgery was the fastest way to improve it… Honestly, after getting it done, I thought, ah, this is why everyone gets procedures, sees no effect, and ends up getting revision surgery…. Does Hiko ultimately count as going into revision surgery? I think the criteria differ by clinic, though When I went for consultations, I think some places charged revision surgery fees,,? Among the places I consulted with, the cost here was the most reasonable (and even if they used autologous costal cartilage, they didn’t overcharge, so I liked that!!!!!!) I really wanted to correct my bulbous nose properly, so I had surgery with a custom implant + autologous costal cartilage combination Ear cartilage felt a bit iffy on my end, so we left that out and decided to harvest and use a little septal cartilage! It hasn’t been long since the surgery, so I’ll have to keep watching it, but overall I’m satisfied because I think the balance and line came out well I hope the swelling at the nasal tip goes down soon…
