I had a lot of concerns because of my bulbous nose, so I underwent surgery with silicone (3 mm) + nasal tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage) + cartilage suturing. During the consultation, they pointed out only the areas that were necessary, which helped me make my decision. Before that, I was bothered by how my nasal tip looked pressed down. It took time for the swelling to go down, but now the line has settled naturally. People around me said it looks pretty and does not look like I had surgery. I was satisfied with my side profile with the straight-to-slightly-curved line. At first, there was bruising and swelling, but it has all gone down now, and I think it has settled well. Personally, the yellow bruising lasted a bit long, and people around me said nose surgery does not hurt, but for me, it hurt. I guess it depends on the person.. :)
