I usually really like exercising, so I had a lot of muscle, and when I searched around, a lot of people said muscular arms can only get the lines cleaned up, so I kept hesitating. Then I hit my all-time highest weight of 159/60 and rushed to a clinic consultation.. Since I had muscular arms, I was still slightly half-doubtful right up until the surgery, but as soon as I got home that day and saw myself in the compression garment, I regretted it.. Because the time I had put it off just because they were muscular felt such a waste... That’s how extremely satisfied I am I was worried daily life would be hard after surgery, but for me it hurt much less than I expected! It was like having really strong muscle soreness..? Except for the day of surgery, I could wash and dry my hair by myself! It actually hurt more when I massaged to loosen the hardened lumps But they said those need to be loosened well, so I applied body lotion and really kneaded them diligently. Now the hard lumps are completely gone and the line looks pretty, so I’m very satisfied!! They say that even after liposuction, it comes back if you don’t manage it, so I’ve also been dieting little by little with diet control + exercise. I’ve lost about 5 kg compared to before surgery, and maybe because of my upper arms, my overall frame looks much smaller hahaha
