I'm one month post-op from 3 facial contouring procedures, but my face still feels stiff, and when I smile, it looks bizarre. My smile looks monstrous, and the foreign-body sensation inside my mouth is also severe. When do facial expressions and smiling start to look natural? Do I need to separately practice smiling and facial expressions? I'm still swollen like I have candy balls in my cheeks, and I can't tell the effect at all. If anything, my face seems longer and my skin seems to have sagged, so I'm stressed and having such a hard time.... Does it get better later? Really?
