The surgical method was septal cartilage + 3 mm silicone + bulbous nose correction. It’s been about a month since the surgery, and although there is still a little swelling left, there is a clear difference compared to before, and there is none of the unnaturalness I had worried about. Especially because people around me tell me my nose has become naturally higher, I’m very satisfied! I think people who, like me, spent a long time debating it are also likely to be satisfied.
