<Before revision surgery><1 month after revision surgery><4 months after revision surgery>I had nose surgery quite a while ago, 10 years ago, but I didn’t like my nasal bridge line, and especially the fact that my blunt nasal alar area wasn’t fixed was really stressful...^^ hahaha. Not liking the shape was the secondary issue, and I worried a lot first about whether or not to get nose revision surgery, but I had used Gore-Tex for my nasal bridge. They don’t really use this much these days.. since silicone is so good now.. Back in my day... haha, silicone did exist too, but it was the Gore-Tex generation But apparently as time passes, the adhesions become more severe, and even later, when you really want it removed, the surgery is really difficult? After finding this out, I immediately started looking into which places were truly good at revision surgery.. The criteria I used to look for hospitals like that: -Whether Gore-Tex removal is possible This is... something where you have to consider the director’s surgical skill and experience. If this isn’t removed properly, it can cause not only contracture but also various inflammation issues, ugh.. Even if the removal cost was separately expensive, I had to look for a director with a lot of surgical experience who was good at it. -Whether they do natural-looking results well As everyone may have noticed from the post.. haha, since I’m not that young anymore, I really wanted this surgery to definitely be my last. Not following trends, but not looking outdated either, and natural!!! It had to be a line I wouldn’t get tired of even 10 or 20 years later.. It has to suit the face well. Only when it matches will you not think about another revision.. -Reason for deciding The professionalism I felt from the director during the consultation. When explaining, he told me in detail how the surgery would be done, and compared with other hospitals that spoke vaguely, I liked that he explained until I understood. I also liked that he didn’t tell me to do this and that excessively. -Satisfaction If it’s 100 out of 100, of course I’m satisfied, since I’m hearing that I did well to get the revision surgery again! Good, because I got a natural and refined-looking nose. Now, not having to feel anxious because of the Gore-Tex is a huge comfort for me..
