For my first nose surgery, I had correction of a deviated septum, osteotomy, and nasal tip surgery, but there has been absolutely no functional improvement. It has even gotten worse, and when I lie down, my nose always gets blocked
Appearance-wise, my crooked nose has straightened a bit, but it is still crooked, and I can still see that the septum inside my nose is deviated.. I’m not sure yet whether it’s a nasal valve issue or a septum issue. It has been 2 months now, so it is not the right timing for revision surgery yet, but I’m reading posts and thinking about revision surgery.
