Review of surgery for a short nose + low nose + bulbous nose

This is my review of my first nose surgery.. Ever since I was young, I was bothered every time I took photos because my nose looked low and wide. No matter how much contouring I did, I couldn't get the shape I wanted, and it faded quickly, so I got stressed and decided to have cosmetic surgery. I found out about this clinic through a recommendation from an acquaintance. Other hospitals I consulted with said my ears were small and I didn't have enough cartilage, so they recommended autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage. But here, they said they could use ear cartilage, so I chose this place. On the day of surgery, I went in feeling very nervous, but they kept making small talk with me until anesthesia, so I was able to relax a little. When I woke up, I had so little pain that it didn't even feel real that the surgery was over, and afterward, I took the prescribed medication properly, so it didn't hurt. Just as they said during the consultation, after about 2 weeks, most of the major swelling had gone down, and from around 3 weeks, washing my face and doing skincare became more comfortable too. Now, people around me say my impression has changed, but after a few hours they joke that it feels like this had been my face all along. I'm satisfied because I think it suits my face well.

This review is about a surgery that pursues natural beauty.
