They said it took 4 hours total Before revision - L-shaped silicone implant, ear cartilage, short nose, upturned nose Desired result - I wanted to lower the nasal bridge, bring the columella down, and have a nose like Haerin’s. They agreed to lower the columella as much as possible with autologous costal cartilage and make the nostrils show less with an alar lift. Result - Because my autologous cartilage was calcified, they proceeded with the 9th rib; they lowered the nostrils and columella, the nasal tip became bulbous, and the nasal tip became crooked On Monday, as soon as they removed the splint, they showed me the mirror, and the moment I saw it I was like, wow, so disappointed...! As time passes, the swelling goes down more, right? Then I feel like it’ll look even more crooked... How does it look to everyone here? They said they pulled the nasal tip as much as possible...
