<Before surgery><After surgery>I wondered so much whether to get nose surgery or not... Seriously, is there anyone who agonized over it as long as I did? That’s how much I kept wondering if this was right or that was right... It took me a really long time because I was thinking so carefully.. I had gone around to consultations a few months ago, but I had the surgery last month.. It’s been one month now. After going to consultations, I felt that when it came to hospital size, a small hospital suited me well, so I decided on Banana, and Director Choi Won-cheol’s confidence in the surgery..? and the way he only told me what was necessary suited me, so I was able to make the final decision smoothly. Honestly, I thought my nose absolutely needed alar reduction. You know how your own problem may look really small to others, but to you it looks huge..? That was me.. I thought my alae were on the wide side, but the experts’ opinions were all different.. Some said that if I did alar reduction naturally, it would become slimmer, and some, like the place where I had surgery, said I didn’t need it~ because my tissue is soft and stretches well.. and that just raising the bridge and tip would give a slimming effect. Why does every consultation place say something different..? I searched through several communities and thought about it.. In the end, some hospitals recommend to patients the surgeries they are confident in? or want to push... That is, the director who performs the surgery tells you about the surgery they are confident in.. ++ Same with materials (places that say to use costal cartilage even though septal cartilage would be sufficient....) There could be various reasons.. They may want to make money.. or want to build up more diverse surgical cases in that area.. Isn’t it that kind of thing..? I’m not going to make assumptions as if I know the hospital’s entire position, but after going around a bit, I had these and those thoughts, and this is the conclusion I reached... Anyway.. since hospitals can’t be 100% on our side..!! I thought the best thing was to gather information and compare whether the director only tells you what is truly necessary, whether they have diverse cases, whether they have handled many noses similar to mine, and what surgical methods they recommended to those people. In conclusion, I found a place where the hospital’s attitude as I see it, the director’s surgical method, aesthetic sense, and so on fit me well, and I got the surgery successfully, so it’s a happy ending I don’t know how everyone decides on a hospital.. but I’m sharing the standards I came up with after my own deliberation. I had 4 mm silicone inserted, and because septal cartilage was insufficient, donated costal cartilage was mixed in. The place also had an anti-adhesion agent and inflammation-prevention spray, so I purchased and used them separately. Compared with its size, the trust among the staff looked high, and I liked that the system was well organized. I hope my humble review helps someone here who is desperate
