I was shocked, so I looked into upper-arm procedures, and these days there are also injections that extract fat?? So I quickly went and got them lol I’m too scared to get liposuction surgery.. lol But trying to lose it through exercise is.. I wanted to get rid of the ugly upper-arm fat in a short period of time.. hehe But the effect is seriously amazing: in just one week, the short-sleeved shirt that used to be tight became loose… I have a weird upper-arm shape where the middle part of my upper arms is the thickest rather than the upper part, so I was stressed, but now the line looks straight, and that is what I’m most satisfied with haha When I went for aftercare this week, they said the swelling would go down more, so I’m going to manage my diet strictly too and lose more weight this time!!
