I got consultations at all three of the Big 3, and I’m wondering if anyone here has had surgery at one of the three. I live outside Seoul, so going back and forth isn’t easy, and I’m thinking it over really carefully. During the consultation, they said they would reduce the columella, but I don’t really understand that. Is it normally necessary to reduce the columella for the nostrils to show less from the front?
