메룽룽 Since the fixation is already set, incision will probably be better.... Even though mine was my first surgery, the reason I did incision at ㅁㅂ was because my skin was thick, and they said if your skin is thick like mine or the line fixation is already deep, it's better to re-create it with incision Otherwise, you could get overlapping creases.
킴닥이 If the sausage eyelids are severe, you might even have to consider double-line removal..? From looking around online, there are people who did sausage eyes with the buried-suture method. I'm looking at ㅇㄴㅋ and ㄹㅎ!!!!
