Every time I look for hospitals, I post here, and after seeing the comments, I keep changing my list. I'm not the only one doing this, right..? I am going to use autologous costal cartilage, but I don't like a nose that's just blindly high like Pinocchio's I had previously picked High-End, and through comments I also got recommendations for GNG and OM, so I'm looking at them. I'm also doing my research and looking mainly at places with many costal cartilage reviews, but what exactly does it mean when people say a director handles costal cartilage well.. Does it mean they make the line well with costal cartilage, or that they harvest it quickly and well??..
