Please understand that finding photos was harder, so I only attached photos of my nose filler. I have had many different treatments, so there are many types of reviews, and I plan to write in detail haha. I’m scheduled to get my 3rd round of nose filler next week, and I’ll write about the pros, cons, bad points, and side effects too. I’ll take questions in the comments~ This is my first time writing something like this, so please bear with me even if it’s lacking.

1. Forehead I had my forehead done at a clinic that was running an event, Kd? I think it has been about a year and a half to two years since I first got it. I can still feel that some filler remains, and I remember it being a domestic filler. My forehead is completely like a man’s forehead, with prominent brow bones, and it is flat and sunken, so they told me to put in a very large amount, but because of my budget I put in less. Even so, it became a bit rounded to a degree I was satisfied with myself. The downside was, I don’t know what went wrong, but a round area in the exact center of my forehead looked slightly sunken, like a groove had formed or like it had been pressed with a finger. I’m very afraid of side effects, so after the procedure, when they told me not to lie down, I didn’t lie down and just sat all day and didn’t touch it either ㅜ Still, as some time passed, the filler gradually went down, and that disappeared along with it... Maybe because the amount was small and my forehead is wide, it felt like it was gathered only in the center, but it gradually disappeared naturally, so I’m satisfied.
But the pain during the procedure was seriously......... Even though I had anesthesia, they poked with the injection needle, and I could hear a grinding sound, and I think they moved it back and forth several times with that. Even though I’m the type who tolerates pain well, I held it in while crying. It really hurt, and the sound was scarier.
2. Facial contouring injections I think I had facial contouring injections a total of three times, and I got them at RMS. To be honest, I didn’t see much effect. I got them for jawline fat removal and contouring, but truly, the effect... was extremely nonexistent... so I don’t even have much more to write... It didn’t hurt either, but I don’t really know if there was any effect. I got it to remove cheek fat too, but I think it just disappeared much later because I recently lost weight.
3. Chin tip I’m personally satisfied with this. I got it at a local brand clinic and have been getting it consistently. My chin tip is so round and my face is angular, almost like I have no chin tip at all, so it only shows if I take photos as if I’m forcing my chin out. I like a natural look, so I asked them not to overdo it, and I only got it at the tip: 2 cc the first time, then 1 cc each time after that. It shows the most clearly both when I look in the mirror and when I take photos. But from the side, because of my chin structure, it feels like my chin tip is gradually coming forward? haha. If your chin doesn’t protrude a bit forward from the side, I don’t think it will turn out like mine. I remember the price being in the 100,000 won range. It was domestic, and it goes away a bit quickly, so I get it every six months. The procedure also didn’t hurt much for me.
4. Jaw Botox I get this very consistently. As everyone knows, the interval is short at first and then gradually gets longer, and now I get it once or twice every 6 months. For the pain during the procedure, they don’t apply numbing cream; they just keep applying ice and then inject right away. It doesn’t hurt much, just like, hmm, that stings? About that much haha. It just feels numb and tingling. It’s the same local clinic as the chin tip above, and since it’s domestic, the price varied by event, around 30,000 to 60,000 won. Since it’s the kind of Botox where I get it consistently but don’t really feel the changes myself (they say you need about a month to see the change haha), I lived without really noticing, but when I saw photos or suddenly looked in the mirror, and from people around me, I heard a lot that I had lost weight or that my jawline had become slimmer. The effect was greater from the front than from the side. The downside is that sometimes my jaw feels numb and sore, and for about a week after getting it, it feels quite stiff. They said that’s because it’s muscle Botox.
5. The nose filler that made me write this I think nose filler was the one I thought about the most before getting. For the other things, I only got small things here and there that seemed unlikely to have major side effects, but nose filler is one of the things with many reviews saying to be careful haha... I got it at PㅇB in Gangnam, and I’m going for my 3rd round next week. If you look at the before and after photos attached, you’ll know, but originally my nose was very flat and had a hump, while the nasal tip drooped sharply downward. So I requested filling the hump, raising the nasal tip, slightly building the nasal bridge, and most importantly, making it as natural as possible. Since my nose is long, they said if I got too much on the nasal bridge, it could make it look even longer, so they injected as much as possible into the lower nasal bridge area between the brows, then filled the middle nasal bridge/hump area, and injected so the nasal tip could be lifted slightly. I was scared of side effects, so I got a long-lasting dissolvable filler, and I invested a bit in the price. I got Perfacta? I think, and I remember the price being 150,000 to 200,000 won. Sorry, my memory is bad....... I’ll remember accurately and post it when I get it next week and write the review haha. Anyway, I got that, and the side of my nose bruised bluish, so I thought I might be getting necrosis and contacted the clinic and made such a fuss. It disappeared naturally over time, to the point that I felt embarrassed to go again haha... When I first got it, I remember they inserted the injection needle straight in and filled it. This was also almost a year ago, so it’s fuzzy, but that’s how it was at first, and it hurt quite a bit but was bearable. For the 2nd round, there was already a path where the filler had been put in, so they only put it in the nasal tip, one shot in the nasal bridge, and one shot in the middle.
The important part starts here. First, after I got it the first time, filler started leaking out from the nasal tip. From the injection mark. They told me to put on Medifoam and spend a few more days like that, and if it wasn’t good, to come in, so I kept it on. It healed, and no more filler came out. Only a very small amount came out, so there wasn’t a major change in the nose shape. When I first got it, I looked like Avatar, but after the swelling went down it looked natural and I was satisfied, truly haha. Looking at the photos, I feel like the difference is even more noticeable, so I’m embarrassed... But after the 2nd round, if you look at the right-side after photo among the before and after photos, you can see that the filler fluid is protruding at the nasal tip like a pimple, and I’ve been living with it like that. At first, I waited, thinking it might disappear together when the filler dissolved a bit. I didn’t know what it was, squeezed it, and filler fluid came out during the 1st round, and it hurt a lot... And in the middle, I squeezed it once more and put on Medifoam, but it came out again. So when I go to get filler this time, I’m planning to ask about it. I sent a photo through consultation, and they said it seems I’ll need to consult with the director in person. I’m also anxious that it might not go away. If anyone has experienced this like me, please definitely share what happened and how you handled it ㅜ Anyway, they said that pimple-like thing is a phenomenon where filler fluid overflows like that when a person has little space available for injection in the nose, but I didn’t know I would be living with it for over half a year haha... I’ll leave another review about this after I go.
