The top one is before surgery The ones below are after surgery Below that are the compression band and painkillers they told me to take if I was in pain on the day of surgery, etc.
I had the surgery at ㅊㅇㅈ.
Hmm, it was less impactful than I expected. I had the surgery on a vacation day,
and the surgery went smoothly, so for the two days of vacation I just lay down and rested well. The swelling went down, and I came back after surgery without anyone knowing.
It is a little disappointing that really no one notices except for the very slight change, including myself, but now that I am in week 3, I can see it changing little by little, so I think I need to keep watching a bit more.
As soon as I got there, I consulted with the doctor in charge of deep cheek fat, then consulted with the doctor in charge of liposuction. They said there was not much removable fat around the cheekbones, so they suggested excluding the cheekbones from the surgical areas, and I decided to proceed without them. Thinking about it later, I regret it because I think I should have done the cheekbones too.
On my next vacation, I want to get another consultation and go have that removed too.
Excluding the cheekbones, I paid a total of 2.3 million, decided on liposuction from the face to under the chin, jawline, and cheeks, plus deep cheek fat removal, went to the face-washing area, washed, took photos from the left, right, and front, had the liposuction lines drawn, waited briefly, and went upstairs before lying down properly on the operating table.
Thinking back to waiting, I was sitting there feeling somehow unsettled, and when they told me to come into the operating room, I followed along obediently, lay down like a lab rat, and they placed a small IV in my arm. I think it was an IV for administering medication in case of shock.
They proceeded with the deep cheek fat. The surgery was done with my mouth open, like dental surgery, and the anesthesia was the most painful part, so I felt like I must have committed many sins in a past life.
After the final stage, when they checked my blood pressure once, maybe because I had been tensing up a lot, they said my blood pressure was high and asked once if it was normally high. Then we moved on to facial liposuction, and again, during the most painful anesthesia, I groaned while repenting for my sins from a past life, so they asked if I wanted, they could proceed under general anesthesia. I said,
just proceed, and after anesthesia they gave injections in several places and jabbed around relentlessly, sucking out the fat and removing it with a syringe. They proceeded in order from beside the chin to the cheek and under the jaw.
They put cotton wads next to the elastic band on my face and had me keep it on for 8 hours. I waited, removed the cotton wads, and was discharged on the day of surgery. When I came home, I had become Anpanman, so I came by taxi wearing a hoodie. After 5 hours, I tried to drink water, but my mouth would not open.
After a little time passed, I drank a few sips of water, and for two days I rested completely and lived on soy milk mixed with misugaru.
Three days after surgery, the deep cheek surgical area had healed a lot, and the liposuction areas only had wounds about the size of stitch-removal acne marks. After one week and then two weeks, it changed little by little again.
I think I still need to wait longer, but for now the dull-looking area on the side has been reduced a lot. However, decisively, the nasolabial folds that I had thought would improve if I reduced the cheek fat from the front cheekbone area to beside the nose and mouth area do not feel resolved.
What I feel after surgery is that if I want to see an effect even on the sagging area below the front cheekbones, I am thinking of looking into facial lifting and Botox or reduction surgery to reduce the masseter area.
Along with removing moles and getting rid of melasma, blemishes, and spots, I also want to look more into lifting to remove my nasolabial folds and the forehead wrinkles I developed in the military.
I am trying to move in the direction of eliminating my complexes one by one.
Toward the ideal face I think would not make me feel ashamed in front of others.
I plan to get another consultation about the biggest complex, the sagging facial fat around my cheekbones. Depending on the situation, I am thinking of having a bit more fat removed from the facial area.
On my next vacation, I think I need to get another consultation and look around again. The hospitals I plan to visit are ㅊㄷㅌㅇ, ㄷㅇ, and also ㅊㅇㅈ where I had surgery.
If they say the cheekbone itself is the issue with the nasolabial folds, I may give up or consider a procedure to reduce the cheekbones, but I have heard a lot that cheekbone reduction surgery is still incomplete, so I will probably move toward giving up on reducing the cheekbones. If you can tell me about other cases, please do.
For the nasolabial folds, I am thinking of looking into fillers, a noble surgery with implants, lifting, or going to ㅈㅅㅎ Plastic Surgery, which says it can improve them with autologous dermal grafting, or looking into lifting. If you have any other places to recommend, please recommend them^^
I plan to remove the melasma, freckles, blemishes, other spots, and moles that developed in the military. After that, I will keep receiving skin care too. If there are hospitals you can recommend, please do2^^
Thank you for reading this long post.
