Nose Re-Surgery

If I Remove Nasal Silicone

I'm scheduled for revision rhinoplasty after removing the silicone, with no implant, using septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I heard that if silicone is removed, the nose can contract and become twisted or lifted up, so... First of all, I don't have inflammation, and I'm trying to remove the implant because of nasal tip drooping and psychological reasons Would there be a possibility of contraction even in this case.. If anyone here has removed silicone, please give me some info
