I had an incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty 9 years ago I want to improve ptosis and raise only the back part of the double eyelid line by 1 mm Would that budget be enough?

눈재 I also had non-incisional double eyelid surgery 10 years ago and am getting incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction next month, and they quoted 2.5 million won I went to three places: 2.7 million, 2.5 million, 2.1 million For the 2.5 million place, they gave me that price if I booked on the consultation day, with no review or anything~
