There’s a really weird, vivid red line on my eye and it feels a little indented too. Once the swelling goes down and it heals, it’ll become less noticeable, right?.. This was a revision surgery, but the clinic says it’s because of my skin type. To me, regardless of my skin type, it feels like the doctor fixed it too deeply and really messed it up... sigh And even though all the stitches have been removed, my eye still feels tight. Does that get better with time too...? It wasn’t like this after my first surgery
cyb3rgirl The tight feeling is probably because the swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet. It’ll be okay.
지지스 [@cyb3rgirl] Thank you I’ll make sure to do compresses diligently..
익명 My skin quality is so bad that even at the dermatology clinic they said my skin was too weak and asked what to do about it, but once it had been over 6 months since the incision, it slowly started fading. Everything gets better only after waiting. And skin is continuously aging, so recovery gets slower as the years go by.
지지스 [@] The aging part hit me I guess I should wait too. Did you happen to have any tight feeling?
익명 [@지지스] People only think about surgical results or recovery speed, and I don’t think they realize that they themselves are aging. On top of that, an area that has already been operated on recovers more slowly than other areas. I think the pulling sensation lasted until about 2 to 3 months. But although my skin is weak, it’s also on the thin side, so maybe because it stretches easily, it wasn’t that severe for me.
지지스 [@] I didn’t have wrinkles around my eyes, but after surgery I even got wrinkles around my eyes, so I’m a bit worried Since everyone is telling me to wait, I’ll try hard to hang in there... I’ll go do a cold compress again. Thanks for the comment ♥️
마우다니 Whoa, I was curious about this too
지지스 [@마우다니] Is your eye condition similar to mine too? Mine is completely different from my first surgery... Right now, anyone can see that the wound on my eye looks seriously irritated, so the clinic even prescribed me additional medication..
