Review of rhinoplasty in Busan

About three months ago, I had my nasal bridge and nasal tip augmented at ㄷㅍㅇ* in Seomyeon. But some other places use general anesthesia, while I had sedation anesthesia and woke up in the middle. When they were putting in the silicone, there was this smell like burning flesh?? It smelled like squid, with sizzling sounds, and it was aching so much I was scared and kept thinking, what if it doesn’t go well? But the surgery ended well. Now that it’s done, though, my nostril wings are visible again.. I kind of want alar reduction too If anyone has had alar reduction, could you tell me whether you had an external incision or an internal incision? The hospital I went to said they do an external incision and cut all the way along the line beside the alar rim. I’m worried it might scar or be obvious Overall, I think it turned out well, like a straight-to-slightly upturned line? I don’t like it too high, so I had them put in a moderate amount. Some of my friends can’t tell I had it done, and some don’t know at all I also have facial contouring booked soon..
