I think the director’s skills are really good because before the splint was even removed, the incision scars had all disappeared, so I only applied ointment for a few days. Communication with the director is basic in plastic surgery, but these days I felt that other hospitals weren’t even keeping that basic standard during consultations. Director Kim Da-alm looked busy, but never did anything carelessly!! Because my nasal septum was a bit small, almost all other hospitals recommended donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, but I was scared and wanted to proceed safely even if I didn’t get greedy about the nasal tip. This was the only hospital that didn’t push costal cartilage materials and let me check the real-time CCTV, so I decided right away, and it was the best choice. My mother watched the surgical process herself, and she said that from beginning to end, the director didn’t take a break even once and really did everything alone,,, My face is very asymmetrical, so my nostrils were uneven too, and I was told that would be hard to fix, but after surgery the unevenness improved as well.
